Abbey graduated from Massey University with a major in Valuation and Property Management, and joined the Gralin team in 2015, responsible for letting and property management work.

Abbey has always been patient, good at communication and client-focused after years of local property management related experience. She believes that the key of property management is service, so she has always been serving each clients with a responsive attitude. At the same time, she has more than three years of experience in running Airbnb, the diversified information sources makes the keen eye on all aspects of property management market, responds timely to market changes and protects the interests of the clients.

Abbey enjoys the New Zealand lifestyle and has long held a passion for property management with her friendly, easy going factor, is happy to go extra mile to fulfill the customer best interests.
