Eddy is a dynamic and dedicated member of the Gralin Property Management team, serving as both Portfolio Manager and Business Development Manager. With over 15 years of experience as a project manager in New Zealand’s local food industry, Eddy brings a wealth of practical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach to his role.

Known for his reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction, Eddy is passionate about helping property owners protect and grow the value of their investments. His role also involves driving new business opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.

Outside of work, Eddy is full of energy and thrives on staying active. He’s a true sports enthusiast—whether it's skiing down snowy slopes, diving into the deep blue, hitting the basketball court, playing a round of golf, or working out at the gym, Eddy embraces every challenge with enthusiasm. His positive mindset and team spirit carry through to both his personal life and professional work.
